Frequently Asked Questions

Have a question for us? Want to know if it’s time for your next checkup or how we can replace your missing teeth? Below, you’ll find answers to these and more of the most common questions our team receives every day. If you have a question that hasn’t been covered here, be sure to give us a call. We’re always happy to talk to you!

How often should I visit the dentist?

Dr. Voto, as well as the American Dental Association, recommends that every member of your family should visit the dentist at least twice a year (every six months) for checkups and cleanings. This is the most effective and conservative way to prevent common dental problems such as tooth decay, cavities, and gum disease year after year. Regular appointments also give Dr. Voto the chance to catch and treat issues during their earliest stages.

Do you see children?

Yes! Dr. Voto and our team are able to serve your entire family under one roof, and that includes its youngest members! Dr. Voto is a father of two himself, so he’ll know exactly how to keep your little one comfortable as he provides the treatments their growing smile needs.

Do you accept dental emergencies?

Yes. If you or a loved one are in need of immediate dental care, please give our office a call, and our team will work to see you as quickly as possible.

What is the best way to replace my missing teeth?

While we offer a number of treatments that can help patients close the gaps in their smiles, dental implants are by far the best option. They are the most natural-looking and they can be trusted to last for 30 years or more just with regular oral hygiene…this is much longer than other restorations! They can help with any degree of tooth loss, and better yet, you can have the entire procedure completed here in Owasso by Dr. Voto.

Should I worry about radiation from dental X-rays?

In our practice, we actually only use digital X-rays as opposed to traditional film. Not only are they able to create images much faster, but they also reduce radiation exposure by up to 80%, making it practically non-existent!

Will you accept my insurance?

Our practice is happy to accept and file claims for a long list of dental insurance plans. We strive to maximize our patients’ insurance benefits so that it’s always easy for them to come see us. To learn how we can use your particular plan to help you save, contact us today.

Can I finance my dental care?

Yes! If your insurance doesn’t cover an entire treatment, or if you currently do NOT have insurance, you can sign up for a low-to-no interest payment plan with CareCredit. They have a variety of plans suited for any budget, and you can learn more about your options and even sign up today by clicking on the link on our new patients page.
